To help answer the most common questions that our customers ask, we’ve developed this FAQ area to make life that little bit easier.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Delivery by either Australia Post or Courier is at a flat rate of AU$10.00 including GST anywhere within Australia. Please note: At this stage Kidslifestyle does not provide shipping outside Australia.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
Kidslifestyle accepts payment via Paypal, Visa and MasterCard. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need.
How long will delivery take?
Depending upon the customer’s location, it can take 3 - 7 business days for delivery. Once your order has been picked, packed and posted you will receive an email advising you of a tracking number. You can then track your order through the Australia Post system. If you do not receive an Australia Post Tracking number, please email us and we can track orders sent via Direct Freight for you. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Australian Public holidays and Bank holidays.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
We utilise one of the most secure transaction channels available in the world today. eWAY is a global Omni channel payment provider, processing secure credit card payments for merchants around the world.
What exactly happens after ordering?
You can place an Order by adding the products of your choice (selecting quantity, colour, etc) to your shopping cart. Once you complete your order, you can choose payment by Paypal or Credit Card, add your details. Once your payment is processed you will be issued with an Order number. We will notify you that your order is being processed by sending you an Order Confirmation via email. In case we cannot process or accept your Order after payment is received, we will contact you by email or telephone in order to arrange a refund.
Can I return my order?
We will gladly refund or exchange your products if you are not happy with your purchase within 7 days of purchase - provided the original packaging and product is still intact, with the proof of purchase (Tax Invoice). A tax invoice will be sent to you via email and is your proof of purchase, please keep it in case you need to exchange or make a claim under warranty. If there are any unforeseen delays, you will be contacted ASAP. Exchange transport costs occurring via post or courier are at the customer’s expense.
