Placing Your Order

You can place an Order by adding items to the Shopping Cart, then completing Check Out details and clicking on Place Order on the Kidslifestyle website. When you place your Order, this will be sent to EWAY or Paypal for payment processing. Once your payment has been processed you will be issued with an Order number. We will notify you that your order is being processed by sending you an Order Confirmation via email. Kidslifestyle Pty Limited reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion. If we cannot process or accept your Order after payment is received, we will contact you by email or telephone in order to arrange a refund.

Payment Methods and Processing

Kidslifestyle Pty Limited currently accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard and Paypal. Orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday will not be processed until the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Australian Public holidays and Bank holidays. Your tax invoice accompanied with the goods purchased is your proof of purchase.

Prices

Kidslifestyle Pty Limited reserves the right to change prices for Products displayed at Kidslifestyle website at any time. All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (incl. GST).

Supply of Your Products

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, we will supply to you the Products indicated on your Order Confirmation. When your Order items have been dispatched, we will email you to confirm shipment and provide you with a tracking number.

Delivery

Delivery to you is either by Australia Post or by courier (Direct Freight).

We work hard to process all orders as quickly as possible. Usually, items listed on the website will be dispatched from our warehouse within 24 to 72 business hours. This may vary, in some cases, the estimated dispatch time frame will be longer. From time to time the delivery of specific items will exceed our usual stated delivery window for reasons outside our control.

If you leave us a message that the goods can be left at your premises, we will inform the courier company to leave unsigned.

Our delivery partner may leave a card at the address and you will need to pick up the delivery from your local Australia Post outlet or contact the courier company to arrange for re-delivery.

Delivery failure: It is important that you verify your information is correct before placing your order, especially your delivery address. If the address provided is incorrect and the package is returned, you will be billed for the additional shipping charges in order for your delivery to reach you. You agree to this by placing an order with us, we reserve the right to pass on applicable charges to you if you provide wrong address information. We also require a contact phone number, which may be used by the courier to arrange delivery. If we and our delivery partner have been unable to deliver your order due to your error or fault after 21 days or 2 attempts (whichever is sooner), we reserve the right to cancel your order. In these circumstances, we will refund you the price of your order, less the delivery and handling fees incurred by us.

If you have an urgent order, we advise you to contact us by email and we will accommodate you as best as we can.

Delivery Charges

Delivery by either Australia Post or courier anywhere within Australia. Please note: Kidslifestyle does not provide shipping outside Australia.

*Conditions apply to U$10.00 shipping including GST: Shipping cost for all oversize items to some locations require custom quotation. In such a case we will contact you when we receive your order to advise about actual shipment cost.

We will notify you as soon as possible if there are any problems or delays in delivery. If you wish to contact us regarding delivery of your order please email customerservice@kidslifestyle.com.au.

Refund and Exchange Policy

We believe in the quality and uniqueness of our product range and are excited that you share our passion for children quality products, unique personalised gifts and sustainable gifts for babies and kids. We will gladly refund or exchange your products if you are not happy with your purchase within 7 days of purchase – provided the original packaging and product is still intact (items returned must be in ‘as new’ condition. This means you have not used, damaged, washed or laundered any of the items).  Exchange transport costs occurring via Australia Post or courier are at the customer’s expense.

Please retain your proof of purchase as you will need that to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Product Warranty

A twelve (12) month warranty applies against manufacturers fault for domestic use. A three (3) month warranty applies for commercial use.

To exchange your product or to complete a claim under warranty and to arrange replacement or where possible repair of the faulty product, please contact us at customerservice@kidslifestyle.com.au

Our Liability

We will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise. Our maximum aggregate liability for any Product supplied to you whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall in no circumstances exceed the amount payable by you to us in respect of the Product(s) in question.

Credit Card Fraud

Whilst Kidslifestyle Pty Limited employs the latest in Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology software for its transactions with our customers, Kidslifestyle Pty Limited will not be responsible for any damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner.

General

You shall not assign any rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions whether in whole or in part without the prior written consent of Kidslifestyle Pty Limited. Any unauthorised assignment shall be deemed null and void. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the remainder of the provisions in question shall not be affected thereby. Conditions and warranties cannot be excluded, any liability in Kidslifestyle Pty Limited for breach of such conditions and warranties shall be limited, at the option Kidslifestyle Pty Limited, to the replacement of the Product(s) or the re-supply of the same Product(s); the payment of the cost of replacing the Product(s) or of acquiring equivalent Product(s). Neither our failure nor your failure to enforce any Term or Condition constitutes a waiver of such Term or Condition. Such failure shall in no way affect the right to later enforce such Term or Condition. Kidslifestyle Pty Limited reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of sale at any time. No Kidslifestyle Pty Limited employee or agent has the authority to vary any of the Terms and Conditions governing any sale.

Kidslifestyle Pty Limited shall not be liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Kidslifestyle Pty Limited, and Kidslifestyle Pty Limited shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations.
